ERN staff are professionally distinguished in promoting advocacy and in providing employment service delivery to area employers and TTW beneficiaries.

​

With decades in employment service delivery, in the social service industry, and as a retired Armed Forces Veteran, ERN staff is exceptionally trained to affect a successful employment program.  The staff provides counseling/guidance and eliminate or minimize employment barriers to assist beneficiaries in their strife to achieve self-sufficiency goal through EMPLOYMENT!

  • Educate/advocate the employer community on the benefits of hiring beneficiaries

  • Assess/match beneficiary attributes, assets, skills,strengths,abilities, and needs with employers 

  • Assit to maxmize beneficiary economic self-sufficiency

  • Increase availablity and quality of beneficiary employment choice(s)

  • Provide support during and post employment service delivery
